As a business owner, property investor and developer, Katherine
Howlett is an expert in her field.
Her personal experiences,
entrepreneurial spirit and drive have lead her to great success
over the past 4 years whilst owning her own brokerage firm. With
a passion for property, Katherine bought her first property at
the age of 19 and over the past 10 years has acquired over 15
properties and currently holds 11 properties with multiple sites
in planning for medium sized unit developments.
Understanding
property and building wealth certainly motivates Katherine and
in turn, she passes this motivation and commitment to her clients.

Laura Cosgriff
Commercial Funding Specialist
Laura has extensive experience in the real estate and property
development industry. She has been involved in the acquisition,
planning, construction, sales and marketing of over $200 million
worth of commercial, retail and residential property as well
as resorts, student accommodation and land subdivisions. Laura
has gained valuable insider knowledge and a passion for property.
This passion is matched only by her drive and determination to
offer her customers the utmost service, care and satisfaction.

Melanie Mitchell
Loans Relationship Manager - International
Melanie comes to the finance industry following an extensive
management and sales career in retail and the dotcom industry.
From humble beginnings in reception, Melanie’s strong sense
of leadership and commitment has supported her move into sales,
consistently achieving her monthly budgets, growing businesses
to new levels and this has seen her promoted into area management.
Melanie holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and loves
achieving great results for her clients. She is also a specialist
in the field of business lending, efficiently meeting the financial
needs of many small to medium size businesses.
Melanie’s clients love her warmth and honesty. As the front
face of our Australian based business, she is really looking
forward to assisting you whatever your financial needs may be.

Ally van Pamelen
Loans Relationship Manager
Ally brings to Blooms Group her extensive real estate and property
advocacy experience in client relationship management.
As an avid investor, renovator and global traveller, she is
always happy to share her real estate knowledge for the benefit
of clients. Prior to joining the team, she worked in a prominent
real estate agency and later joined a property advocacy firm
where she was responsible for ensuring her clients a smooth transition
from their initial purchase through to settlement and beyond.
She is excited to be completing her Certificate IV in Mortgage
Broking in early 2008 and looking forward to putting her extended
financial knowledge to work for Blooms Group’s new and existing
clients.
Ally is passionate about supporting her clients throughout the
entire application process through to settlement and is delighted
when they express their satisfaction at our services.

Lisa Kempton
Finance & Administration Manager
With a background of more than twenty years working for leading
accounting firms including seventeen years with Deloittes and
associated merged firms, Lisa has a wealth of accounting and
administration experience. She manages her own consulting business
working with small to medium size businesses to ensure their
accounting, bookkeeping and payroll departments run smoothly.
Lisa’s role at Blooms Group is to ensure that the accounts department
runs efficiently, all financial reporting requirements are met,
and that all human resources management systems are run effectively.
